SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY'S TRAINING CENTER FOR TESTING AND QUALIFICATION UPGRADING

1. Welding according to procedures 135, 136, 111, 141 FW/BW FM1 FM5 – includes theoretical and practical testing.

2. Testing for ship hull assemblers, categories 1 and 2 – theoretical and practical.

3. Testing for industrial piping system installers and fabricators – theoretical and practical.

4. Testing for metal structure assemblers – theoretical and practical.

 

TESTING

Welder:

• Fillet welds (t ≥ 3mm)

• Butt welds (t ≥ 10mm)

• Pipe welds (d ≥ 48mm / t ≥ 4.5mm)

Assembler:

• Theoretical knowledge

• Practical skills

 

WELDER QUALIFICATION UPGRADING

• Butt welds with ceramic backing, 136 FW/BW

• Butt welds using processes 135, 111 FW/BW

• Butt welds using Argon (141)

 

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Assembler – Level 2:

• Safety measures

• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and assembly process

• Electrode welding

• Gas cutting torch use

• Edge preparation for components

• Cleaning and welding

Welder:

• Safety measures

• Fillet welding in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions

• Duration: 1 hour of testing; 5 hours of theoretical and practical training

• Welders must also be proficient in gouging root passes using carbon electrodes

• We offer the opportunity to assess welding skills and knowledge with a gouging tool

• We also conduct testing and training for work with gas cutting tools, both mechanized and manual
